Using this extensive experience, the attorneys at Beers & Gordon, P.A. have tried over 80 cases combined and are permitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, We are also admitted and have argued cases in the appellate courts for Florida. The attorneys have been using this experience for the past several years to chiefly represent injured individuals.
David Beers has been a Board Certified Trial attorney since 1984 and practicing in the Central Florida area for over 33 years. Approximately 2% of all attorneys in Florida are board certified such that Mr. Beers has achieved a distinction that recognizes his experience and ability as a trial attorney. Jim Gordon has been practicing in the Central Florida area for twelve years and has a broad range of experience in handling various types of cases.
While some cases can be resolved through a negotiated settlement, some cannot be resolved.
